IBS and late design change does not work together. Later design change cannot readily be implemented without influencing the production schedule and extending of time which are the pitfall for every project.
It is vital to involve designer, supplier, manufacture, architect and client to ensure the development is designed for manufacture and the design suit to manufacture capability and site condition
Key decisions on strategy, application, design, logistic and detail unit should be made as early as possible between all parties involved. IBS should not be used as an afterthought, or as a late solution to shorten construction time, but rather as an integral part of the design from the earliest possible stage of the project

In some project, design team is under contractors, so it should be linked with manufacturing and contractors team
