Modern Method of Construction (MMC) is a collective description for both offsite based construction technologies and innovative onsite technologies. Industrialised Building System (IBS) is a construction technique in which components are manufactured in a controlled environment (on or off site), transported, positioned and assembled into a structure with minimal additional site works

The research is aims to identify success factors for contractor in MMC-IBS and investigate WHY and HOW successful contractors move from traditional build to use MMC-IBS
